Dr Allan and Helen Meyer
Founders of Careforce Lifekeys
Allan and Helen Meyer are the founders of Careforce Lifekeys (formerly known as Careforce Recovery Ministries), a ministry program that addresses issues including
marriage dysfunction, separation, divorce, family breakdown, the destructive forces of shame and guilt, performance orientation, addictive cycles,
co-dependency, insecurity, self rejection, grief, depression, chemical dependency, sexual abuse, sexual addiction, eating disorders and more.
Since the ministry was established in 1992, Careforce programs have run in more than 2300 churches and organisations in over twenty countries around the world.
Allan and Helen Meyer also served as senior pastors of Careforce Church, Mt Evelyn, Melbourne (formerly Mount Evelyn Christian Fellowship) for 26 years.
Before becoming pastors they were school teachers; Allan taught secondary school and Helen taught primary school.
Allan has a Bachelor of Economics and a Diploma in Education and a Doctorate from Denver Seminary.
It was from his Doctorate that he produced the Valiant Man material, a program to restore and fortify the moral and spiritual integrity of men.
In addition to her teaching qualifications, Helen has a Graduate Diploma in Human Relations, a Masters in Education and a Masters in Counselling.
She is currently studying for her Masters in Sexual Health at Sydney University.
